6 & 8 mph Mobility Scooters

Our road-legal 6-8mph mobility scooters are almost always fitted with ultra-comfortable padded captain’s seats, with flip-up armrests and swivel designs that help with awkward transfers. These mobility scooters feature suspension systems to protect you from bumpy roads. Hardwearing pneumatic tyres are also an essential requirement for safe and comfortable on-road scooter travel. Many 6-8mph mobility scooters include a high-low speed switch on the tiller bar, which lets you effortlessly change from a pavement speed limit of 4mph to a road legal speed of 6-8mph. Compared to smaller models, like travel, folding and pavement mobility scooters, 6-8mph scooters offer the biggest travel range. Some of our scooters can travel a whopping 30 miles on a single charge! As 6-8mph mobility scooters can be driven on the road, they must be registered with the DVLA.
