Why are you a Which? Trusted Trader for installation?
Our installation, servicing and repairs services have been endorsed by Which?, the UK’s consumer champion. We’ve undergone a rigorous assessment by Trading Standards to ensure we meet the high standards they require, with regular assessments carried out to make sure we’re sticking to their Code of Conduct. How long does delivery take?
We’ll arrange your Home Installation delivery to arrive within 7-14 working days from the day you place your order.
Will I need to help with anything on the day?
If there’s anything at home that might cause an obstruction for our engineers getting your product set up, we’ll ask that you move it (if you can – don’t hurt yourself!). Other than that, we’ve got it all covered.
Where will your team drop the product off?
Anywhere you like! Our Home Installation team will set up your product wherever is easiest for you.
Will the engineers show me how to use my product?
Our engineers will talk you through things like assembly and disassembly, charging your scooter and what all the buttons do. If you’ve got any questions, just ask!
Will I have to deal with all the packaging?
We’ll take any of the unnecessary packaging away with us when we leave, leaving you to start using your new mobility aid straight away. If there’s anything you want to hang on to, just let us know.
Can my old mobility aid be removed?
If you need us to remove an old mobility aid from your home before we install your new one, just let us know when you place your order. We charge £45 per removal (please note: beds cannot be removed by our teams.)
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland / Isle of Wight?
We do, but we charge a £35 surcharge for orders to addresses in these areas.
