Fuss-free delivery with our Home Installation service
We'll get you set up and ready to go with your new product within 14
working days of placing your order.

Our Home Installation service guarantees the safe assembly and installation of
our bigger and bulkier mobility products, like scooters, riser recliners, bath lifts and more.
It's ideal if you live in an upstairs flat or apartment, would struggle to lift
heavy boxes or parts, or just want to make sure your product is correctly assembled and safely
installed.
On your delivery day, the engineer will arrive with your product and
make sure everything is just right. They'll show you how everything works, including how to charge,
assemble and disassemble your product. If you've got any questions, our engineer will be happy
to answer them. And they'll even take all the unnecessary packaging with them when they leave.
It really is as simple as that.
Where products are particularly tricky to put together, Home Installation will be provided free of charge. You'll see these products listed with Home Installation included. The standard charge for Home Installation is £60. Extra items can be added for just £30 each. Please note that Home Installation deliveries are sometimes carried out by a third party.

Missing Parcels & Deliveries
Please be aware that if you request that your item(s) is left in a safe place via the
courier notes, CareCo cannot claim for missing items or damage to your parcel. As a result, in the event
of an absence, we strongly recommend that you collect your parcel from your local delivery depot or
instruct the courier to leave your parcel with a trusted neighbour.

Delayed Orders
Occasionally we run out of certain products. If you place an order for an item we are
currently waiting for we will wait 5 days to see if it's delivered to our warehouse. If not, we will
send out the item(s) we do have in stock, with the remaining items going onto back order.

Delivery Address
Once your order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed.
We are also unable to redirect your order once it has been processed. For these reasons, please supply
us with a delivery address where you know somebody can sign for your parcel.

Damaged on delivery
Occasionally, issues during transit may mean that your product arrives with a few knocks and scrapes. If this happens, we ask that you report it immediately by signing the courier delivery note 'Damaged on Arrival' and informing us on the same day as delivery. Any damaged goods must be retained by the buyer for inspection. See the Returns paperwork that came with your order for more information.
