A member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists, Natasha Bruce-Jones knows exactly how to make day to day life easier. From sitting comfortably and walking safely to enjoying a great night's sleep, Natasha's 14 years of experience in the sector has shown her the value of equipment and the importance of finding the right mobility aid.
We're thrilled to have Natasha on board as an independent expert. Her professional opinion will help us to perfect our products and expand our ranges, so that we can continue to provide a practical and flexible approach to improving your quality of life.

With Natasha on board, our showroom advisors have a much better understanding of the CareCo range of mobility equipment. We've worked with Natasha to make sure we only recommend products that will work for you, whether it's choosing the right mobility scooter, measuring up a riser recliner or suggesting a few bathroom, bedroom or daily living aids to make life easier.

I'm a busy working mum to a newly toddling little boy, an animal lover and a fitness enthusiast, so I rarely sit still! I like to be outdoors, and love meeting new people and exploring new places. I'm happiest when I'm being challenged and learning something new.
From large furniture items to the smallest bits of cutlery, I love the CareCo range of mobility equipment because it can give untold freedom and confidence to the user. Equipment like this can make life so much more comfortable and stress-free, and stop people having to rely on others when they want to be doing things for themselves. I love the variety within each category – it's the most comprehensive choice I've seen from one supplier, with some unique items that are new to the market. And I really respect the effort CareCo make to increase and improve their ranges, which is great as the needs of the population are always changing and equipment design needs to reflect this.
I've worked as an Occupational Therapist for 14 years and have more than a decade of experience in the NHS, working with people who are acutely unwell, have long term chronic disabilities or are recovering from an illness or injury and needing to return home from hospital. I am registered with the British Association of Occupational Therapists and the Health and Care Professions Council. I'm also registered as an Independent Practitioner and work closely with a number of legal professionals and insurance companies. I run specialist manual handling training to care providers to help them offer safe and appropriate advice to people who want to stay in their own home, as well as educational training for professionals, students and the public to help them learn how they can stay independent when disabilities affect them.
I love the diversity and creativity. I get to meet so many inspiring people, who rise to every challenge even in the face of adversity and with a little help and support manage to live fulfilling and enjoyable lives. As an Occupational Therapist, every day can be different. I can be working with an elderly person who struggles to get out of the house one day, training an amputee to climb the stairs again the next, and working with company directors to ensure disabled employees are accommodated the next. I focus on what the person can do first, and use that to help them overcome the things they think they can't do. I love being able to walk away from someone I've worked with knowing that they are managing life more independently, with the freedom to do the things they thought they would have to give up.
