The Vitra Fireside Chair offers more support in the lumbar region thanks to its sculpted backrest, keeping you free from aches and pains not just while you relax but when you rise from the chair too. The removable seat cushion is foam-filled for years of lasting comfort, while PU foam padding on the armrests keeps you comfortable. The wood knuckles on the armrests provide extra leverage to help you stand up without putting unnecessary pressure on your hands and wrists.
The Vitra Fireside Chair is crafted from environmentally-friendly rubberwood, designed to be strong and sturdy with a maximum user weight of over 26 stone (150kg). And with generous seat width (48cm) and depth (49cm), the Vitra will soon become your favourite chair for reading, relaxing and watching TV.
