- Thank goodness I bought this chair!I bought this chair in anticipation of a hip replacement realizing my settee would be too low. I phoned careco 2 days before my operation and spoke to a lovely chap who talked in detail about the chair's specification and advised they could deliver the next day. Outstanding service and my chair was all set ready to go for when I came out of hospital on the Sunday.Strengths The high back and arms provide a good seating posture making it easy to sit down and stand up. I feel my hip is well supported.Weaknesses My legs are quite short so I have to have a cushion under my feet when I am sitting so that they are flat on the floor.
