It's all about convenience with this stylish and ultra lightweight travel chair. If you and your attendant regularly pop out in the car, the Swift is the ideal companion. It’s so light that getting it in and out of the boot is easy, but that doesn’t make it flimsy. The frame is made of aluminium alloy, so it is remarkably sturdy and can easily accommodate an occupant weighing up to 115kg (18 stone).

Safety and stability as standard
The Swift is incredibly light, but that doesn’t make it any less safe, secure or stable in everyday use. The aluminium frame provides robust support, while the height-adjustable leg rests can be swung right out of the way, to make it easy to lower yourself in and lift yourself out without incident. A lap belt and parking brake provide additional peace of mind. In use, the low centre of gravity enhances stability.
Highly versatile, fits almost anywhere
Most people think of the Swift as a travel chair – after all, how many other wheelchairs can you slide into a bag and pop onto the back seat of the car or stash on the luggage rack on a train? However, it is also extremely handy for day to day use around the home and for short trips out to the shops. The tube stepper makes it easy to negotiate thresholds like drop kerbs smoothly and effortlessly, while the push handles have been designed for optimum comfort and are easy to hold, even for arthritic fingers.
