Charger safety advice

It is vital that you always use the correct mobility scooter charger for your scooter battery. Using the wrong charger can cause damage to your battery as well as pose a fire hazard. Always consult your product manual or speak with one of our experts if in doubt.

While most electrical mobility devices use a standard 3 pin connector, some models reverse the positive and negative (such as TGA). Drive scooters and powerchairs use a different format of charger. If in doubt, please call our mobility experts for advice.
