Mixed feelingsAlthough the chair itself is exactly what I ordered, delivery was much slower than expected/advertised and I had to ring more than once to chase it. On arrival, the wrong chair was assembled and demonstrated, and the engineer returned and rectified the mistake later in the day. My elderly father didn't really understand what was happening and I don't live nearby, so I felt badly about it.Strengths The product itself is good.Weaknesses Disappointing service (delivery, installation, communication) considering the vulnerability of most of the clients. I expected better.

Brilliant serviceThis chair was bought as a replacement for my aunt. It is very comfortable and she enjoys the footrest and reclining facility.
The delivery man was very patient and understanding, ( my aunt is 96 and suffers from dementia).

A Great PurchaseI’ve had it two weeks and it’s a very comfortable chair and I love the colour as it matches in with my suite. The delivery was prompt and the delivery men were very pleasant and efficient. I couldn’t be happier. The communication was excellent.

Riser / ReclinerOverall, reasonable quality / value. However, the back cushion has been sewn inaccurately which gives the chair the appearance of being out of level. It doesn’t affect the performance, but it is irritating.Strengths As aboveWeaknesses As above
