Brilliant serviceThis chair was bought as a replacement for my aunt. It is very comfortable and she enjoys the footrest and reclining facility.
The delivery man was very patient and understanding, ( my aunt is 96 and suffers from dementia).

A Great PurchaseI’ve had it two weeks and it’s a very comfortable chair and I love the colour as it matches in with my suite. The delivery was prompt and the delivery men were very pleasant and efficient. I couldn’t be happier. The communication was excellent.

Riser / ReclinerOverall, reasonable quality / value. However, the back cushion has been sewn inaccurately which gives the chair the appearance of being out of level. It doesn’t affect the performance, but it is irritating.Strengths As aboveWeaknesses As above

Excellent..Would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a riser/recliner chair.Strengths Excellent chair. Buying on line does have risks but this chair exceeds my expectations. Not too wide, very comfortable and nice colour. Also the men who delivered and assembled the chair were very kind and efficient. Phoned me to say what time they would arrive. No complaints at all.Weaknesses None
