Hi LyndaYes, the legs are adjustable, and the height can be adjusted from 89cm to 102cm (35-40 inches)

Does the trolley come as a flat pack?
If flat pack is it easy to assemble?

This does come flat packed and is fairly easy to put together. Please have a look at the Homehelp Trolley Manual to gain a better idea of how this is assembled.
