Selecting a wheelchair
I came in with my daughter today to source a wheelchair for my housebound husband. Terry was very kind, nothing was too much trouble and he also helped with ideas and prices for other things that could help us. Purchased the wheelchair he suggested on the spot as it was an excellent price and looking forward to delivery tomorrow.

Riser Chair swivel Table
Popped in to look for a table that would fit over a powered riser recliner chair but without the bulk of a complete frame style table. Was able to see exactly which options were available on display and Terry showed us how it worked. Able to fit unobtrusively and safely with a strong and sturdy baseplate under the chair bottom on the floor allowing an easily adjustable height tray to be swivelled around from the side right over the lap of the person in the chair. Safe strong and well finished in a light wood effect tray with dark metal stand and base plate. In stock to take away too, just the job.

Ease of mind
After talking on the phone to a very polite, helpful and informative man called Michael I purchased one of these for my father and he loves it. I wanted something that was strong and sturdy and easy to use so that it would encourage him to feel more confident going out - and let me tell you this has done it! Looking for a scooter
I went in store on Sunday with my daughter and son in law as I was looking for a scooter, was served by Terry, nothing was to much trouble. He showed us how to take apart for car and I was able to test drive in car park. I bought the breast cancer care one, just waiting delivery then all systems go.

Mobility Scooter
Me and my husband when into Care Co today just to have a look and get a feel of some of the scooters not looking to buy specifically. My husband said he didn’t want any sales pater just for help . Which we were given, he was very helpful didn’t push us let us try them all at our own leisure . Even though it was past closing time and his time to go home so we were very happy with the service. And we did buy one and very happy with it.

Great service
Unepectedley in urgent need of a wheelchair ramp and fantastic that CareCo are open on Sundays. Terry explained the different types of ramps and had exactly what we needed. All very quick and easy, Terry even put the ramp in my car as it is quite heavy. Highly recommend CareCo Norwich and would not go any where else.

I was looking for a mobility scooter which suited my needs and Terry and Jack made my day. Nothing was too much trouble and explained everything I needed to know Terry took his time in showing me and understanding the problems and what would be best for my disability. l was under no pressure to buy and I tried nearly every scooter out until I found the best one for me. I have just purchased a sterling sapphire 2 with the help of Emily. I found the experience relaxed and under no pressure. I-GO Powerchair
Visited your showroom in Norwich with my disabled wife and i was assisted in my review of a power chair by your salesman Terry Holden who allowed me to test several chairs and travel around the store and carpark before she made the purchase. I tested with his assistance a ramp to allow entrance of the chair to our camper van 14inches from ground level, this resulted in purchase of an 8 foot ramp. VERY PLEASED!

Power chair
My husband took me to your showroom in Norwich on 21/03/2018 to Terry Holden and see a Crest power Wheelchair since my recent spinal operation. 5* isn't enough Staff go out of their way literally to help
Jack and Terry were fantastic. My first contact was with young Jack and he served me with such care and attention to detail I found him to be outstanding no pressure to buy, but he was genuinely interested in my needs when selecting a new scooter. He even went as far as providing a performance comparison with my existing scooter. This young man was a credit to the store in every way. I returned a couple of days later and bought an Abilize Stride Comforter Scooter (and what a fantastically smooth ride this has I'm well satisfied much better than the well known brands). Terry was on hand to see if he could help make a small change to the scooter for me and to my surprise they said I could take it away with me, I was expecting a few days wait for delivery and some self assembly. THANK YOU so much. Both of these staff members I found to be exceptional people who really care about their customers and they have a great sense of humour to boot! 5 stars isn't enough I would willingly give 10.

careco Titan
I went with my son and daughter to the Norwich showroom last Thursday 12th April to look at Mobility scooters. I liked the Careco Titan best and we had excellent service service from Jack. He was very helpful and provided all the information we were wanting. He helped my son to fit the scooter in the car boot by removing the seat and folding down the handlebars. Wonderful place
This most recent addition to the mobility shops near Norwich is a definite improvement in the rest. The large and spacious showroom is well laid out with wide walk ways and room to try anything you please. Put this together with the large free customer car park and friendly non pushy staff who have a vast knowledge of the products and will spend as much time as is needed to ensure that you have the correct item.
Well worth a visit It is now my first place to go for all my mobility needs.

Visit to showroom and buying a mobility scooter
Visited the showroom Friday 9th March to get advice on a mobility scooter for my mum. We were given advice by Terry and I tried out two that we thought would be the most suitable for her. Went around the car park, was so impressed we went to get her straightaway to try them. My mum tried them too she was even tempted by a road model which would not have been suitable at this moment in time. Terry was brilliant, he had so much patience and understanding. Got mum to try them including the road model she was keen on and explained to her after checking with me that it is best to start off with one most suitable for her needs now. He even suggested that she should think about it for a day or so if need be. Due to his advice we got the smaller one and mum was really happy and so were we, he said if she needed any further help she can always contact him in the future. We also got a great bag for the back so she can get some shopping, also had recliner chairs so will be revisiting. Terry is fantastic, there was no pressure and it was so lovely to be helped by someone who had his knowledge and could not help us enough. He is a great ambassador for your company!

Excellent service with a bit of fun
Over the past few years we have bought a number of items from Careco (which we have been very pleased with) that we ordered via the website without being able to see the products before buying so it is great to have a branch in Norwich.
My mum wanted a new riser recliner and we went into the shop in October to just have a look. We spent along time trying a lot of chairs during which time the assistant Emily was great as she left us to look at our leisure but was on hand to give advice if necessary (and a coffee as well which was very nice). When we arrived we had said we were just looking at what was available and she never did a "hard sell" which was nice.
We returned today February to buy a chair and once again the staff were very helpful even though we had disturbed them while they were in the bath (Terry was training Jack on how the bath chair works so what better way than to get in!) They were very helpful and allowed time for decisions to be made calmly. Highly recommend.

We visited your Norwich branch yesterday. Not your fault that a sat nav post code sends you several streets away FYI its near Tool Station we nearly gave up but did find you we were glad we did. A nice greeting as we entered, asked what we were looking for then to explain the different ranges features prices of the recliner riser chairs. Left us to try out many types for comfort style etc. Whittled down from your large range to 4 within our budget. Terry then helped us with his excellent knowledge to choose the right one for me my condition we then met Emily & Jack to sort out material colour to suit us. Jack as a new employee put the order in the system. The whole experience was made very easy friendly comfortable professional We would recommend you to everyone.

FABULOUS customer service highly recommend
My husband and I visited the Norwich showroom to make enquiries about mobility scooters. Having never owned one, we arrived with a long list of questions and were there for several hours. Terry Holden - Acting Showroom Manager - answered all of our questions and talked us through the various options and different scooters available. He made the necessary adjustments to the scooters, to enable us to test drive them, which we both felt was an incredible opportunity and has offered us a real insight into what we may wish to purchase in the future.
We noticed that Terry was working alone that day and dealing with 45 different sets of customers at the same time. We would like to commend Terrys ability to juggle the different needs of each group of customers, whilst offering very good customer care and remaining very attentive and calm. He is a credit to your company.

Excellent service
Visited today to look at transit wheelchairs as my husband is now only able to walk short distances. We had the idea of buying as cheaply as possible but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". Despite the manager coping on his own he spent a great deal of time with us showing us and letting us test various wheelchairs. It took my husband a while to decide and of course we went for the one he felt most comfortable in. Terry explained very clearly to me how to disassemble and put together the wheelchair and helped me to fit into my car. Well done Terry excellent service. Will not hesitate to recommend the company to family and friends. So pleased we visited the shop.

Excellent service and range
On August Bank Holiday I went with my partner to the CareCo showroom in Norwich so he could "just have a look" at mobility scooters. It's not easy to admit you have reached the point when walking has become so painful that you need to take action or never be able to go anywhere.
The salesman who helped us was friendly and professional with an excellent knowledge of their large stock of mobility scooters and wheelchairs. He demonstrated how several models folded down and encouraged my partner to test drive them around the showroom and outside in the car park. He found the scooters and wheelchairs varied a lot and it really is good to try them out rather than buying on line.
There was no "hard sell" or pressure from the salesman.
My partner bought a mobility scooter which was delivered a couple of days later and it has made a huge difference to his life.
We would highly recommend this business.

A Very Positive Experience Highly Recommended
I went to Care Co for the first time a couple of weeks ago with my son granddaughter to look at mobility vehicles. I was greeted by Terry who introduced me to his new assistant Emily, and we were asked if we had come to play!
Of course, my ten year old granddaughters face lit up and we smiled at the prospect of trying as many of the vehicles as we could on that quiet Sunday.

Terry is very helpful and knows his stuff. He and Emily guided us around explaining which vehicles could do what and demonstrated some folding scooters. I eventually opted for a new lightweight electronic folding wheelchair, as it is allowed on buses and is suitable for using in any shop.
The shop is fairly roomy sells soft furniture bathing equipment as well as smaller items such as non slip place mats and cutlery...If you're looking for any disability products I recommend that you go there first as I found this experience a very happy and positive one. Sophie had a lot of fun too.

Excellent Experience
We found the establishment very welcoming and well laid out. The ability to freely walk around the store and and try out the various scooters etc very useful. The depth of knowledge of the friendly Manager, Terry Holden was excellent and he spent a lot of time with us showing how the various scooters worked, their strengths and weaknesses and how they would break down to be packed in a car boot. My only constructive criticism would be that we feel additional staff would be of immense help as a one-man-band trying to deal with four customers at once on what are tricky questions on somewhat complicated machines must inevitably involve a long wait by prospective customers as happened last Friday. I appreciate that this may impact on profits but could lead to greater sales.

Very Helpful Staff
Purchased a trolley on wheels last Saturday. We were helped by Terry, who's help and advice aided us in making the right choice. First time we'd visited the store and thought it was well laid out and very bright which was a definite plus.

Visited on a Sunday, Terry Holden who dealt with me was very helpful informative about the types of wheelchair that I was interested in buying. I purchased a G-Lite Pro Transit with excellent build quality.

Mobility Scooter
So happy that I found a mobility shop that actually cares. Found the Scooter that I have been looking for for at least 2 months. Very helpful and caring staff that go the extra mile. Very happy with the service I received from Terry and Rob.

Powerchair
I'm very pleased with the advice and guidance I received from Rob Terry at the new CareCo showroom in Norwich. They weren't "pushy" which was also very satisfying. After quite a while investigating trying out various Powerchairs in the showroom, we settled on a really lightweight Foldawheel Powerchair which is perfect for my needs.
