Visited the Leicester store today to view Riser Recliner chairs. Very good competitive range Jessie very pleasant and helpful. Purchase made I now hope the delivery after sales service is just as good then they will have a very satisfied customer.

I rang CareCo in Leicester and a young lady answered the phone called Jessie. I had to order a riser recliner chair for myself as having a big operation. Jessie was very helpful, explained how the chair worked. How long delivery was going to take and I could track the chair delivery time. Very helpful indeed.

Excellent visit
Visited Leicester shop today, found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Jessie in particular was brilliant and very helpful, went looking for a chair but not in stock but found a rollator which was just right for my husband. Jessie could not have been more helpful. Will certainly be visiting again!

Thank you Dean for the most excellent service today! After explaining what was required from a riser recliner chair and trying several chairs Dean contacted the chair manufacturers and came back with a solution of having a chair custom made to suit our requirement of low arm rests. Because of his patience and determination to meet our needs we ordered not one but two chairs! And at no time did he resort to any sales pressure. We would thank all the staff who were most pleasant and helpful!

Brilliant
Can today looking for a lighter and easier wheelchair to get in and out of my car. I found one and the help was great! Beckie was patient with me while I made my decision and very helpful. They even let me see if the wheelchair fit in my boot of my car. The customer care is second to none I would highly rate it!

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Traci was all that everyone who has given a review has said about her. Nothing was too much trouble in helping my wife and I in finding the most suitable riser recliner seat giving us her considerable expertise and pointing out bits of information about seating position etc that we had not even thought about. After a long drive the cup of tea and coffee was very welcome. No sales pressure and plenty of time by ourselves to try the seats we were interest in. And yes we bought one, very pleased that we had visited the showroom to try them out as the one I thought would be right for me was not the best option and with the benefit of Tracis expertise we came away very satisfied.

We received excellent assistance buying a riser recliner. Becky was patient and full of useful advice asking all the right questions. She even took the time to show us how the chair comes apart so that we could easily assemble it when it arrives. All round excellent service! Not to mention a great price!

Travelled a fair distance to visit this retailer based on previous reviews. I wasn't disappointed, the staff bent over backwards to help. I was in the position of knowing exactly my requirements for a new mobility scooter. I was told to try any of the display ones of which there was a good range, and even allowed to take them outside. There was no pushing to buy which is often not the case when purchasing mobility aids. That was something that I really appreciated. I was even told I could go home and think about my eventual decision. A bit risky as I could have decided to purchase elsewhere. Traci did suggest one she thought would be ideal for my needs and yes it was perfect in size other than the fact I didn't like what seemed to be a flimsy wig wag that I could hardly reach from the delta handles. Eventually I made my decision and ordered there and then. I would certainly recommend this showroom exceptional service and nothing too much trouble. Very happy with everything.

We went to CareCo for a specific product that wed seen in on of their brochures. I was able to test the wheelchair both inside and out, and finding that it wasn't quite what I wanted the assistant was able to suggest other chairs. We found one we liked, and again were able to test it. We did not feel at all pressured we were given a cup of tea and were able to discus it between us before committing to buy.

Excellent personalised service Highly recommended
After looking at just a couple of riser recliner chairs at Fosse Park stores we were delighted to find a much larger range of these chairs loads of other mobility products too at CareCo on St Georges Way. We had a totally different customer experience with Traci Martin who started by asking about the person the chair was for, eg height abilities and whether he had any conditions to bear in mind. She then showed us a chair she believed would be suitable but emphasised the importance of bringing him in to try several chairs which we did. We were able to drive close, park right near the door. He did try several chairs and chose the one Traci pointed out to us earlier opting for different fabric from a wide range of choices. Delivery period varies from 5 days to 8 weeks far less than the 1113 weeks offered by Fosse Park Stores Prices compared favourably too. We were all really really impressed. All staff members were friendly and welcoming. Well done to you all.

We went over to the Leicester branch from Coventry the selection of scooters was much. Larger than other shops we had been too and at a very reasonable prices. The ladies that worked there were absolutely first class, they couldn't have been more helpful. If I need anything else it will be my first choice.

Really good quality service
Thank you to Traci for being patient professional and most of all a thoroughly nice person to deal with. Fantastic range of disability/mobility aids really good layout, very relaxed atmosphere even got a free coffee. Able to see a good range of products and the space to try them out. Would recommend to anyone that needs help with their everyday living needs.

Amazing service
Bought a riser/recliner chair for my Mum. After a problem with my order, Traci Martin at the store couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. She arranged for a replacement chair really quickly, even delivering it herself on a Sunday after work. My Mum does need some other aids, so we will definitely be buying from Traci again. Highly recommended.

I purchased a wheelchair for my mother and was really pleased with the care, attention and service given to us by Traci Martin. It really helped that she has worked for the disabled and therefore understands their needs and difficulties. She went out of her way to make sure that my mother was comfortable and happy with her new wheelchair and at no time did we feel pressurised to buy the item.

My New Lease of Life
When I visited the Leicester show room I was nervous, I needn't of been as the sales staff were very welcoming. When I asked a question I was answered quickly and easily understood the staff. We found nothing was too much for them which resulted in a sale of a much needed wheelchair.
