How it works

We don’t make you choose between the best customer service and the best price. So if you’ve seen this product cheaper on another website, asking us to match it couldn’t be easier.

Just send us an email at pricematch@careco.co.uk (or use our handy contact form) with the subject title ‘Price Match Request’. Include the website address for the CareCo product and any size and colour options, as well as the website address for the same in-stock product you’ve found elsewhere.

We’ll take a look, confirm the price and send you an email with a voucher code attached if the price match request is successful. Just enter that code at the checkout and voilà!
