Designed to fit scooters with and without headrests, the waterproof, black seat cover fixes securely across the chair with a combination of flexible elastic and strong velcro straps. Made from a tough, durable and waterproof nylon material, it has a PVC coating to protect your scooter from even the heaviest downpour.
