The Big Base Quad Cane offers enhanced support and stability, with four strong legs on a wide-set base, a strong and sturdy height-adjustable shaft and a textured non-slip handle.
The wider base of this quad cane spreads your weight more evenly over a wider surface area and provides more points of contact with the ground for better stability. Measuring 18cm x 25cm (7" x 10") at the foot of the cane, the Big Base Quad Cane can handle more weight than a single tip and offers more balance if the cane makes unstable contact with the ground. The cane has four rubber-tipped ferrule feet for non-slip grip on all kinds of surfaces.
Walking aids like the Big Base Quad Cane provide all the assistance of a wheeled walker, but with a more manoeuvrable design that can be used one-handed if necessary. The swan-shaped neck places your weight directly over the shaft to reduce pressure on your hands and wrist, and the textured handle is shaped to fit comfortably into the palm of your hand.
The Big Base Quad Cane is height-adjustable between 74-97cm (29-38"), making it suitable for use by anyone regardless of gait, height or posture.
