    Pretty much. Slip the protector over the affected area, check the seal is secure and shower as you normally would, keeping the protected limb out of direct water flow where possible.     So long as you dry them after each use, and check the seal regularly, they can last for many uses. Replace if the seal shows signs of wear, as a failed seal mid-shower is worth avoiding.
