Useful thing to haveI bought this cape for use with my Minimus mobility scooter as the scooter rain covers are too big. Haven't needed to use it yet but very good as it has sleeves to make movement easier. Elastic hem under feet so less risk of cape blowing off in the wind, as the scooter cape tends to get the wind underneath. Pleasantly surprised as it has fabric lining. It fits over me fine. bulky to carry around on journeys e.g. by train so you can't take much luggage with the Minimus. Need the transparent dashboard cover for the scooter controls. Very reassuring to have the cover as it would restrict my ability to go out on trips with scooter when the weather is uncertain.Strengths Good sleeves, good hoodWeaknesses Bulky to carry separately when not raining, doesn't come down far at back to cover back, but it's designed for wheelchair use not a scooter cover. I would rather have it than not.

A must for powerchair usersBrilliant product, especially during the rainy weather we're currently experiencing, I've done several school runs this week and stayed perfectly dry. The pocket is a good size for my phone and keys. I've not tried using it with my self propelled chair yet, so can't comment on how the sleeves are when pushing yourself, but the cuffs seem pretty secure and would definitely protect your sleeves underneath from getting mucky in wet weather. It can be a little awkward getting the bottom elastic under my feet or footrest, and the back could do with being a little longer, but this is probably more to do with my powerchair having a captain style seat, but I've been able to solve that by using my old "wheely-poncho" over the top.

wheelchair coverbought as a replacement for a simple no arm rain cover which after 5 years had simply worn outquality is good and the arms are a good feature for most - but its just too thick to keep constantly in the wheelchair bag for when its needed will end up buying another un-lined cover for general use!Strengths warm and good qualityWeaknesses too thick to keep in the wheelchair bag
