I decided I wanted to buy one that could be folded for convenience. I checked out the CareCo website and quickly found exactly what I was looking for so I ordered it. There was a problem with the stick on arrival so I contacted their customer service and the problem was quickly resolved and a new replacement was sent out. Very satisfactory outcome.Strengths Simple design and easily folded.Weaknesses Would have been nice to have been supplied with some sort of band to secure it whilst folded -
