This product completely revolutionises rollators.I have used an NHS Rollator for a couple of years and often thought there must be a better way! It was so heavy, and front to rear folding meant that it barely fitted in the car. I tried a sideways folder, but it was old and worn and just as heavy and cumbersome. I tried out an ultra light, but they can be too light,and stability can be a problem and it didn’t fold small. The rollerfold has the right combination of weight and stability for me. It is also remarkably compact. When folded, it fit’s easily in the car boot, with room to spare for shopping!Strengths The lightness and compactness ir remarkable. It is a huge step forward! I didn’t know anything like this was available until recently. Robust and well designed.Weaknesses The bag supplied looks good for storage and travel, but it’s too cumbersome for shopping. It needs a practical smaller bag.

More freedomThe product is good value for money. Staff at the Cheltenham showroom had great product knowledge and the advice was invaluable. When the Rollafold was delivered, unfortunately I found the adjustment on arm height jammed. I am very happy with my 3rd one and have to say that the Company service was everything one would hope for when there is a problem. Replacements were delivered in 24 hours……. I would still recommend them highly.Strengths Good customer service before and after purchase.Weaknesses ????????
