- Extremely usefulAs of yet I have not used this as we are in the middle of the third heatwave this summer, so hence, we have had no rain whatsoever and everything is bone dry. However, I had one of these covers on my last scooter which was a godsend, so I am sure when it does rain it will once again prove invaluable. Fits in the wheelchair bag perfectly. I have rated this 5/5 based on my previous cover.Strengths Does exactly what it is meant to do.Weaknesses None as far as I can tell.
