Ramp has made getting up steps easilyThe ramp we purchased from you is ideal for our requirements we should have got one earlier. Just one criticism at the bottom of the ramp I would suggest that the ends of the side rails should be tapered same as the top end of rails if anyone fell onto these sharp edges it could cause a bad injury, otherwise the ramp is great for anyone with mobility problems.Strengths Very strongWeaknesses None other than what I have mentioned

Does what it shouldIt's a little fiddly to extend, as I always get it the wrong way round the first time. When extended it works fine though. There's a little 'bounce' in it but it feels stable and doesn't move when in use. The person I bought it for would benefit from a bit of higher viz paint to make the edges clearer, but have no complaints as it does the job fine.Strengths Does the jobWeaknesses Quite heavy (fine for me) and it doesn't lock that well when folded so can open up when you put it down.

A great ProductThe seven foot version of this ramp is an excellent buy. It is not too heavy to position and feels sturdy in use. A slight criticism is regarding the catalogue description and instructions for use which are supplied. They don't mention what I think is good safety feature which is that two steel pegs are supplied which are used to stop the ramp from moving when in use and these require holes to be drilled in the ground where the top of the ramp rests. Communications regarding delivery time were helpful and accurate.Strengths Can be left outside if needed.Weaknesses None that I have found
