- X GO ASTROI purchased this scooter last weekend at the Careco Stevenage branch. I was advised by Reiss Woodward who adequately explained the workings and how to break the scooter down into its component parts for transportation. I had a test drive around the showroom to satisfy myself that I felt comfortable driving It. It was a pleasure to have a salesperson who was not intent on just securing a sale. Tea or coffee (with biscuits) was offered many times. My thanks to Reiss for taking the time to reassure a 78 year old.Strengths I can't comment on the pros or cons of the scooter yet as it is not being delivered until the 10th August to allow me time to empty the shed it is going into.Weaknesses I will review the scooter again at a later date.
- Fantastic . Got my freedom.I bought this scooter 2 weeks ago, what a difference it’s made. I no longer have to be push in a wheelchair around the shops which is great. It’s a very comfortable ride easy to control best thing I ever did.Strengths Very strong easy to controlWeaknesses None
- New disability scooterWe bought my wife a new scooter, having found out the the motor on her old one was about to give up the ghost. The staff at our local Careco in Plymouth were very help and showed us a number of different scooters. Based on our requirements and funds we decided to opt for the X-Go Astro. It's about the same size and weight as my wife's previous scooter and will be mobile enough for me to get it in and out of our car. I decided to put it together myself and found construction very east, saving £70. As yet my wife hasn't had the opportunity to put it through its tests but she is very pleased with the look and comfort of her new machine.Strengths Design, range and looks.Weaknesses Haven't found any yet.

- Verified BuyerComfortable scooterI bought this last month, a good scooter in both comfort and range. It was easy for my husband to put together and didn’t take long. No point in paying for the engineer to do it. The suspension is a must to my mind. I have buyers remorse over the scooter I previously purchased that didn’t have suspension. Added bonus is it’s more airplane friendly than lithium battery powered scooters which can be refused by some airlines as my friend discovered to her cost at the airport.
