Excellent chair, really comfortable.As my aunt recently moved into care, a comfortable and easy to use chair was essential. She is very pleased. New Riser SeatExcellent product very easy to use, very ComfortableStrengths Good MotorsWeaknesses Control Cable with its Curled Lead is not fit for purpose a STRIGHT CABLE would be better because it will not Tangle as EASY.

Slightly disappointed.I bought the reclining chair online without taking the opportunity to physically go and see it in advance. I assumed because it had a high weight load that it would be somewhat larger than it is..
I find it to be rather narrow which means it’s not too comfortable for sitting in for long periods of time.
Otherwise it’s a perfectly decent chair. It looks good and the reclining mechanism works well. I think however the controller is unnecessarily complicated.
The engineer who came to install the chair was very pleasant and efficient.
The lesson to be learnt is that I shouldn’t buy expensive items like this chair without physically seeing it in advance

New lease of life.Ordered this chair on Friday and was expecting delivery Monday. I saw online tracking said Saturday delivery and was very suprised. We needed it urgently as my husband can no longer stand unaided. It was delivered next morning by two delivery men. They were the nicest delivery men i have ever met. Excellent is to small a word. So wonderful. My husband sat in the chair and said it is so comfortable. He then was able to stand on his own. He had been totally against buying a riser recliner but now he loves it. I recommend this very highly its not something to be embaressed about it you need one. I looked for days at other companies and other chairs. I only had so much to spend but this chair is the best one around. We are saving to buy another asap.Strengths Compact, neat and very comfortable. Easy to use. No extra features great.Weaknesses None
