Excellent service start to finishI ordered my reclining chair and it was delivered within 9 days to me. I had one phone call to check over my details. Because of my osteoarthritis, I was eligible for a refund. That was refunded to me immediately. She discussed the delivery with me. I paid extra to have it set up by the delivery persons. I had a further phone call to confirm the date of delivery and time frame. On the day of delivery the delivery men called to say they were on their way. The two men that delivered my chair couldn't have been nicer but still professional. There wasn't anything terribly difficult in setting up the chair but it was worth it to me in case something was not right with the chair. They made sure I was happy with everything.
I love the chair I ordered.. I am only 5'2'' so it suits someone with shorter legs! I like the quiet motor. The buttons could be clearer in telling what they do. (They are rather obtuse) With some practice, it is quick to figure out. I guess I am old school and want a button to say head/up/down and feet/up/down. But this is my only negative comment.Strengths Excellent service,quick delivery, the nicest delivery people ever, and a chair that suits me.Weaknesses The control buttons could be clearer as to what they do. I think my chair is suited to someone who has shorter legs. -
