ExcellentI have recently been suffering from a very bad back and as I have severe mobility issues the last couple of months have been very difficult. This 'pillow' has certainly helped especially on my riser/recliner chair although you have to sit on it squarely to get the best benefit. Will consider getting another one for my wheelchair.Strengths Keeps it shape.Weaknesses None to date.
