Best £40.00 I ever spentI bought this pillow as due to my health have found I need to sit more during the day. I was getting back ache with an ordinary cushion and wanted something with a better shape. This pillow actually hugs you. I love it. I highly recommend it if you need to sit regularly it is so comfortable.Strengths The shape of the pillow contours your shape perfectly.Weaknesses None found to date
