I bought this for my husband as he was having trouble standing at the bathroom sink to wash his hands etc. Although it takes up a lot of space in our small bathroom, it does make life easier for us. Thank you.

It's OK, but..................
Delspatch and delivery were prompt. Due to mobility issues I find it difficult to sit and rise from a kitchen or dining chair, also have difficulty when sitting at a meal table. I was recommended to try a perching stool. From a good selection and after checking reviews, I chose this model. As some people have commented, putting together the stool is not difficult, but definitely easier with a second pair of hands. There is a good range of height settings. and the dimensions overall mean the stool takes up no more room than an ordinary kitchen or dining chair. My only criticism is perhaps the depth of the seat could be a little larger which would make the back support more comfortable for anyone with a spinal problem. However, given time I'm sure I will get used to the stool as it seems well made and robust. It would be nice though to have another choice of seating colours other than pale blue.
Strengths
well made
Weaknesses
seat depth could be slightly larger, maybe with another choice of colour.

Removed all my fear in the shower.
Showering had become a nightmare for me, both because of pain and fear of falling. This stool has transformed the experience! The only caveat is that if I stand up and then sit down again (so that both I and the seat are wet) it becomes slippery and I find myself sliding off it. However, this can be easily remedied by putting an old face cloth or small towel on the seat to give more traction.
Strengths
Easy to assemble, comfortable to use.
Weaknesses
Sloping seat slippery when wet.

It came flat packed but was easy to assemble. It seems quite sturdy and stable.
