Could be betterWhen I visited my local care co store I asked a member of staff about the transfer bench but unfortunately their knowledge was next to none.
When I pointed out that the bench was not tall enough even for their own in store bath I was told that the bench wasn’t meant to go into the bath ?
Anyone who has done there research has obviously seen on YouTube etc that one end goes into the bath and the other stands on the floor outside the bath.
I still purchased the transfer bench because being gifted with half a brain cell I knew that I had the knowledge to make the bench work for my needs by putting a metal tube inside two of the legs that were outside the bath so that it became stable and not like a seesaw.

Please train your staff including your managers on your products you sell and if a product doesn’t seem to be fit for purpose ie transfer bench not being tall enough one side please contact the manufacturer to supply slightly longer legs ( approx 2 inches ) .

too low!needs and extra 100mm adjustment on the legs so one set of feet can sit in the bath. Cant use it.Strengths seems sturdyWeaknesses not tall enough to fit over bath

Definitely worth the moneyNeeded to purchase has a temporary measure so I could use it to have a shower. It adjust to the same height has my wheelchair. The best thing about it is its a large seat, so many times Ive used similar chairs in hotels etc and the actual seat to transfer onto is tiny but this is nice and large.Strengths Love that its adjustableWeaknesses None
