It's great, only grioe it's cream and not white like the seat. It looks like an old seat thats discoloured. It works a treat and that's what we needed. Mam is now like a mermaid at bath times. It's such a joy. Thank you care co.
Strengths Works but bought double sided suckers and now brilliant!!!Weaknesses Colour us disappointing. It's not white. It's more of a cream. - Swivel and slide.Bought the bath lift with the 'swivel and slide'. Delivery was within the time frame and tracking was good. Son-in-law came round to put it all together and he was not happy with the written instructions which were very poor to understand. Once it was all put together we found a problem with the 'swivel and slide' seat. The seat was not secure on the slide part. Daughter then contacted CareCo technical who very helpful and they agreed to send out a new 'swivel and slide' so we didn't have to send the whole package back. Once the 'swivel and slide' arrived we were able to try the bath lift with the' swivel and slide' and all is working well. All in all we are happy with purchase and the way it was dealt with by CareCo. Thank you.Strengths Good after sales service.Weaknesses Poor written instructions.
- Verified BuyerMade my existing bath seat much easier to use.The swivel and slide action is great, but once in the bath it tends to swivel when you don't want it to. I've found half a wooden clothes peg wedged under the swivelling part keeps it in position until it is time to come out.Strengths Makes getting in the bath much easier.Weaknesses Keeps on swivelling when you don't want it to.

- Bath slide seatBought this last month should have got it sooner. Allows easier access onto bath chair, no friction burns or sores when sliding onto bath chair.Strengths Makes bathing a whole lot easier, comfortable and practical.Weaknesses Just remember to use it the right way or it doesn't bend when bath chair is being lowered.
