Can arm be either side?

Is the arm adjustable to either the left or right side of the bench?

Yes, you can choose which side you attached the handle when assembling the bench.

Does this bench sit outside the bath or half in half out the video wouldn`t

The Bath Transfer Bench is designed to sit on the outside of the bath, to provide transfer into the bath.
