Just what we neededWe needed a collapsible wheelchair for trips out as my husband’s legs can decide to give up or become painful at random .Shown this by very helpful assistant at local Careco showroom and arrived as scheduled a couple of days later . First time used on weekend away it was exactly what we needed however right rear wheel seemed warped . Contacted showroom , advised to ring firm directly as quicker . One video and two calls later and a replacement is on its way . Excellent service !Strengths Collapsible, turns in own space .Weaknesses No safety belt , had to buy one separately.

Superb after sales serviceI bought a new foldable wheelchair from Care Co , unfortunately when I came to use it for the first time I found that a rear wheel was buckled. I contacted after sales department and spoke to a very knowledgeable and helpful advisor ( Charlie Freeman ) who made the process of a replacement easy and stress free.

Good size for the home.Bought for using upstairs in my home. Is easy to transfer from my stairlift onto this chair.Strengths Small and easy to get through doorwaysWeaknesses When transitioning from the side you need someone to hold the chair, otherwise it moves.

Great for travellingA great and comfortable wheelchair.
Although this had brakes for keeping the chair secure at a standstill, it would have been more practical for the design to allow the chair to be slowed down when attempting to traverse down a hill.Strengths Brakes are a great idea, very comfortable.Weaknesses Would have been nicer to have brakes which slows down the chair when maneuvering down an incline /hill .
