Home Assembly

Leave the heavy lifting and tricky installation to us

It’s just £60 (£30 for any extra products) and the safest way to assemble and install our bigger and bulkier products.

How does Home Assembly work?

  1. You’ll see the Home Assembly option available at the checkout if one or more of the products you’re buying is eligible. If you’d like our help, just tick the box.
  2. Our engineers will call you up to arrange a delivery time and date that suits. Your delivery date will be within 7-14 working days from when you placed your order.
  3. On the day of your choice, our team will arrive with your product ready to install. They’ll connect all the wires, show you how it all works and answer any of your questions.
  4. Now your product is safely assembled and installed, you can start using it straight away. Our engineers even take the packaging with them, saving you all the faff.

  • How long does delivery take?

    We’ll arrange your Home Assembly delivery to arrive within 7-14 working days from the day you place your order.

  • Will I need to help with anything on the day?

    If there’s anything at home that might cause an obstruction for our engineers getting your product set up, we’ll ask that you move it (if you can – don’t hurt yourself!). Other than that, we’ve got it all covered.

  • Where will your team drop the product off?

    Anywhere you like! Our Home Assembly team will set up your product wherever is easiest for you.

  • Will the engineers show me how to use my product?

    Our engineers will talk you through things like assembly and disassembly, charging your scooter and what all the buttons do. If you’ve got any questions, just ask!

  • Will I have to deal with all the packaging?

    We’ll take any of the unnecessary packaging away with us when we leave, leaving you to start using your new mobility aid straight away. If there’s anything you want to hang on to, just let us know.

  • Can my old mobility aid be removed?

    If you need us to remove an old mobility aid from your home before we install your new one, just let us know when you place your order. We charge £45 per removal (please note: beds cannot be removed by our teams.)

  • Do you deliver to Northern Ireland / Isle of Wight?

    We do, but we charge a £35 surcharge for orders to addresses in these areas.
