My wife's only had the scooter for a couple of weeks, and straight out of the box (practically - after charging the battery of course) she was happily using it. Only had a couple of brief journeys to the shops and a doctor's appointment using it, but it handles well, is plenty powerful enough for the hilly bits of the City, looks good too and the seat is cushioned enough to be comfortable. It's literally opened up her world and made our lives a lot easier. Had occasion to call customer services as we couldn't get it to power up and run at first, but that was due to not removing a tag from the battery (I think my wife said). She said customer services were quick to respond on the phone and the problem was solved in seconds.
Strengths
Nice cushioned seat, small shock absorbers that I'm sure help with a smooth ride, simple controls, good aesthetics. Easy to take apart (not that we'll probably ever need to). Slim enough to easily store in our shed. Feels very well built and was easy to assemble. Battery lasts a decent while too by the looks, with a good range.
Weaknesses
I must mention the downsides, and from my point of view the wheels seem rather plasticky... Obviously, at this price point, they are solid not pneumatic, but as I say they seem more hard plastic than rubberized. Other than that I'd certainly recommend this scooter for anyone needing a pavement device that's good for nipping here and there with.

Enabled me to have days out and explore again.
I bought this to take on holiday to enable me to get about with my husband who loves walking. Wish I'd bought it 2 years ago when I started to think about getting one. Now I'll be able to enjoy days out and holidays
Strengths
Takes apart easily to fit in the car. Fits back together easily
Weaknesses
No weakness that I've found yet. Used daily while on holiday.

A perfect purchase !
This scooter was purchased for my husband as his present scooter died on him due to old age !.
He chose the exact model of his previous one, because of it being easy to use ,its comfortable seating, smart design super quality and the fact it can be easily transported in the boot of a car ,if our for a day with family.
He had previously owned a blue one ,red one ,black one and is now the proud owner of a gorgeous purple one !
The service given by the sales person was great ,any and all questions answered ,politely and had great knowledge as to what was being purchased.
The delivery of the scooter was within 72 hours (fantastic) and the two delivery guys were brilliant , delivered with care and resected our property .
Suberb service from begining to completion of my purchase
. Thank you. Maddie Hartland.
CareCo was the first store we went to for such a purchase and the helpfulness of their staff was very reassuring. The
Igo is a compact purple mobility scooter which can
fit neatly into the back of our car. It is easy to assemble but
may be too heavy for some people to attempt this. It is very
modern looking and has been called ‘snazzy’ by admirers!
The Igo has enabled me to accompany my husband and our
dog on walks which they otherwise would have had to take
without me as my mobility can be very bad at times. It has
enabled us to go out together again which is a lovely feeling.
It really has been a very good purchase which allows me to
get out and about plus have more independence if needed.
Nice it’s got suspension bearing in mind the state of some
pathways etc.
Strengths
Nice looking scooter. Easy to take apart and reassemble.
Suspension.
Weaknesses
May be too heavy for some people to (ie) lift into car.

Scooter (i-go-vertex)
Overall not a bad scooter for price, would of preferred better puncture proof wheels though and less weight in battery, love the colour purple, good scooter xxx
Strengths
Not a bad scooter for price paid, lovely comfy seat and backrest.
Weaknesses
Could do with different wheels, hardness gives it quite a bumpy ride. Battery is very heavy to lift.
