Rise and recliner chairthanks to Ann Warren at Cardiff branch . Looked after me well. Explained all I needed to know . I made choice and chair was delivered in two days. I am very pleased with the delivery and chairStrengths very helpful for meWeaknesses material is a little old fashioned , could be guarded against stains , or option to do that. I bought a cover seperate else where to cover this

Madison riser/recliner chair.I bought this last month and I am a little disapointed.. I do not feel that it is as comfortable as the one demonstrated in your store, you appear to sit on it, rather than sit in it.. More importantly,, I feel a distinct bias to the front of the seat. I would prefer any bias to be at the rear of tjhe seat (see seperate email tom your store)Strengths Does what it claims to do.Weaknesses see notes

Excellent valueMy husband has trouble getting out of aa normal armchair and we went to look at the options available. The seat is comfortable, just the right amount of firmness.
