Small Riser ReclinerI bought the Bergen Petite riser recliner last month. It’s very comfortable and is a nice neat size. It’s not too small for an average sized person just not as big as some of the other ones if space is an issue.

Comfortable and easy to useI purchased a Bergen petite chair from Careco. Unfortunately, the first one arrived marked.
I sent photos to customer care who arranged for it to be taken away and for a new replacement to be ordered. The second chair arrived ok.
I am happy with the new chair as it is both comfortable and easy to use.
However, a word of caution, if you opt for the self assembly delivery, be aware that the delivery team will put the box into your room of choice and leave it there for you to assemble. The delivery box measures 89cm x 78.5cm and you will struggle to get this through a standard door opening. So, unless you have wide opening doors/ patio doors or a garage, you will struggle to get it in your house.
DO NOT throw away your packaging as you need to keep it in case of any need to return the chair. When the replacement chair was being delivered we advised the delivery team of the previous difficulties getting the chair through the door way but the delivery team would not take the chair out of the box unless I agreed to take full responsibility for any damages noted to the chair.
Also, be aware that the Bergen petite doesn't come with a battery powered backup. However, Careco also sell a battery powered backup pack separately. This will get your chair back to the sitting position in the event of a power cut (which we have also purchased and works fine).Strengths Comfort and easy to useWeaknesses Doesn't come with a battery back up pack which has to be purchased separately -
