Showering is now a joyI am delighted with my bath bench. I have trouble with standing for any length of time, and now I can sit, very securely, whilst having a shower.Strengths The bath bench feels very solid and secure. It was easy to fix onto the bath and doesn't slip.Weaknesses Because the bench is higher than the rim of the bath, and juts out a little, the shower screen cannot make a tight seal when it's closed, so I have to place the bench slightly further back so the screen can close properly. This leaves the possibility of a wet floor - but I can dry it easily and don't mind putting up with a puddle in exchange for a very pleasant shower.

ExcellentWith Rheumatoid Arthritis and COPD for many years bathing and showering have been a nightmare. This well designed bench is an answer to the bathing problems. It’s solid, safe but more importantly comfortable. I had my best shower for years on receiving this bench.Strengths Safe, secure and Comfortable.Weaknesses None

Bath mate Bath Board.A good strong bath board which has adjustable feet so should fit in the majority of baths. I cannot stand up in baths so the Bath Mate Chair is great for me. You won’t slide off the chair. A great Bath Chair and good value for money.Strengths Great Piece of equipment. I find it hard to stand up in the shower so the chair is great too sit down in bath.Weaknesses None at all.
