Does it have lights as well as indicators?

Thank you for your enquiry. Yes the CareCo Titan does have lights - there is a lamp on both the front and rear of the mobility scooter. Dear CareyThank you for your enquiry.The CareCo Titan does not really break down although the seat can be removed and the tiller folded down making it more compact. If you are looking for a mobility scooter that breaks down I would suggest looking through our range of Travel Mobility Scooters as these are designed to be broken down for transportation.The length of the CareCo Titan is 130cm.Kind RegardsCareCo Web Team

Because its got pump up tyres and they might split

To use scooter is vehicle excise duty and insurance required. If so, howmuch?

If you use the CareCo Titan or any other class 3 8mph scooter on the road it will require road tax which is free of charge if you are registered disabled. Insurance is not a legal requirement but highly recommended for your safety and safety of others. Please look at the insurance and warranty section for the different levels of cover.
