1. Eligibility:
This competition is open to  UK residents aged 18 or over who have placed an order with CareCo and leave a review in accordance with the entry requirements below. Employees of CareCo, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
To enter the monthly prize draw, customers must:
a) Leave a product review on the CareCo website for an item they have purchased, or
b) Leave a review on CareCo’s listing with Which? Trusted Traders. 
   Each valid review will count as one entry. Customers who leave both a product review and a Which? Trusted Traders review will receive two entries into the draw for that month.
   • Only verified purchases are eligible.
   • Reviews must be genuine and reflect the entrant’s honest opinion.
   • Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent reviews will not be accepted.
   • Both positive and negative reviews are valid for entry.
3. Entry Period
Entries: are valid for the calendar month in which the review is submitted, not the order date. For example, if a product is purchased in June but the review is submitted in July, the entry will be counted towards the July draw. Entries close at 23:59 (UK time) on the last calendar day of each month. Entries received after this time will be entered into the following month’s draw.
4. Prize Draw and Winner Selection:
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries submitted in the applicable calendar month. The draw will take place within 14 days of the month end and will be conducted by a CareCo representative or an independent third party.
5. The winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, CareCo reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Prize Details:
The winner will receive a refund equal to the value of their original order (excluding delivery charges & VAT, if applicable) up to a maximum of £2,000. Only one refund per winner will be issued. Where the customer has placed more than one order, the refund will be granted on the order with the lowest value. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the qualifying order.
7. Claiming the Prize:
To claim the prize, the selected winner must:
a) Provide photographs of themselves using the product purchased;
b) Complete a short Q&A about their experience;
c) Consent to the use of their name, images and testimonial on the CareCo website, social media channels, and in marketing materials.
   Failure to meet the above requirements will result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected at CareCo’s discretion.
8. General:
   • Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted.CareCo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process.
   • CareCo reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition and these terms at any time without notice.
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
   • The email address used on the review much match that used on the order.
   • CareCo’s decision in all matters relating to this competition is final and binding.

Data Protection:
Personal data collected as part of the competition will be processed in accordance with CareCo’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and any related promotional activity.
