What's the maximum weight for the carry tray and basket?
Both the carry tray and the storage basket have a maximum carry weight of 5kg each.
How do I adjust the handlebar height?
Lock the brakes, open the handle locking clips, lift or lower the handlebar to your wrist height, then close the clips and release the brakes. A step-by-step assembly video is available via the QR code in the user manual.
How does the folding mechanism work?
Lock the brakes, lift the carry tray off the frame, pull the folding lever on the front of the frame and lift the bar upwards. It takes under a minute once you've done it a couple of times.
What is the maximum user weight?
The Tesara safely supports users up to 100kg.
How wide is it? Will it fit through standard doorways?
The overall width is 62cm. Most standard UK internal doorways are 72cm or wider, so it can pass through without difficulty.
