Height adjusts to you
Eight positions - sits and stands made easier
Shower chair, toilet frame & commode
The ProVive works as a commode, a shower chair or a toilet frame - whichever you need, whenever you need it. Switching between modes is straightforward: the commode pan drops in and lifts out easily using its carry handle, and the seat cushion sits on top when you don't need it.
Adjustable, foldable and wipeable
The armrests fold up out of the way, which makes sliding in from the side far easier than having to lower yourself straight down. When they're down, they give you something firm to push from when you stand. The padded seat and backrest cushions are both wipeable, so keeping things clean takes seconds. Leg height adjusts across eight positions - getting the seat height right makes sitting and standing easier.
Lightweight, practical and in three colours
At just 7.2 kg the ProVive is light enough to be easily moved between rooms, and it comes with a toilet roll holder and soap dish that clip onto either side of the frame, so the things you need are always within reach. Its white frame and adjustable legs sit alongside padded cushions in green, orange or grey - straightforward to keep clean and built to last.

Can I use it in the shower as well as over the toilet?
Yes. As a shower chair, remove the commode pan, make sure the seat cushion is in place, and set it on a level surface in the shower. Don't use it with the commode pan installed in the shower - the pan can collect water and affect stability. After use, rinse the frame and dry it before putting it away.
Does it fit over a standard UK toilet?
In raised toilet seat mode, remove the seat cushion and the commode pan, then position the frame over your toilet bowl, making sure it sits centred and stable before use. The frame fits standard household toilets.
How do I clean it?
The cushions are wipeable - a damp cloth with mild detergent is all you need day to day. The commode pan lifts out by its carry handle: empty it, clean with warm water and mild detergent, rinse, and leave to dry before putting it back. The frame itself can be wiped down or rinsed with clean water.
How do I know if the seat height is right for me?
The seat adjusts between 45 cm and 65 cm - a range that suits most people. As a general guide, the seat height should roughly match the back of your knee when standing, so your feet sit flat on the floor. Adjusting is straightforward: press the pin on each leg, slide to height, and listen for the click.
How quickly does it go together?
Assembly takes around 10 minutes. The legs click into the frame - you'll hear a positive click when each one is locked in. The backrest attaches with two hand-tightened star knobs; no screwdriver needed. CareCo also has a step-by-step assembly video if you'd like to watch it through first.
What is the maximum weight it can take?
The ProVive 3-in-1 is rated to 136 kg.
