It features front and rear suspension, a larger seating position, bigger wheels, dual batteries and a higher maximum user weight, for more substantial feel on longer journeys and different terrain.
Does the suspension really make a difference?
Definitely. The front and rear suspension help absorb vibrations and uneven surfaces, creating a smoother, more comfortable ride compared to powerchairs without suspension.
Will the Evisu Max still fit in a car?
Yes. The Evisu Max folds into a compact shape for transport and storage in a car boot or backseat. Despite its larger size and enhanced features, the carbon fibre frame helps keep the overall carry weight manageable.
How far can the Evisu Max travel on a full charge?
The dual battery setup provides a maximum range of up to 25 miles under ideal conditions, though actual range will vary depending on terrain, user weight, temperature and driving style.
What does the smartphone app do?
The dedicated app allows you to remotely control your powerchair from your smartphone and gives you access to additional control and monitoring features. It comes in particularly handy when you want to adjust speed and direction with absolute precision. The chair can still be operated normally using the joystick controller.
