Having fitted in accordance with the on line instructions ( & youtube video) I couldn't fold the wheelchair. (!!!)
What I should have done , and did in the end, was remove the top screw fittings, and not the lower as instructed, and fit the belt much higher than was suggested.
Easy when you know how!
I will say I attempted to contact Customer Services who had such a number of calls already waiting that I gave up.
The wheelchair is superb, the seatbelt is great, but PLEASE- Add correct fitting instructions !

Please supply correct instructions for the respective wheelchair with the belt. - Ultralight wheelchairMy wife is frail and disabled. Her previous wheelchair weighed 13 kg. From Care Co UK the carbon fibre model weighs 6.5 kg. It is easier to carry. I’ve had excellent service from Care Co, advice, assistance with assembly and prompt delivery of subsidiary seatbelt.Strengths Friendly informative serviceWeaknesses None
