Surgery to fix 2 plates means he cannot weight bear for at least 6 weeks. This chair allows me to manoeuvre him around the bungalow when his arms hurt from using the frame. Purchased a seperate leg elevation rest, which just clips on and off. Folds in half so fits in car boot and not to heavy for this 66 year old lady to lift in and out. Wheels are smooth so brake doesn’t always catch well. Creaks a lot when pushing, large wheels means hubby can move himself. Does exactly what we need short term and was much cheaper than hiring one for the duration. Would consider more substantial wheelchair if needed permanently. Had issue with delivery company (DPD) but CareCo customer service where absolutely amazing.Strengths Folds in half. Not heavy. Easy to manoeuvre. Seperate leg elevation available.Weaknesses Brake not always hold. Very creaky when pushing.
