Super PurchaseThe outlander is an excellent purchase. It is suitable to use on all types of surfaces. It is solid, safe and easy to manoeuvre and very comfortable in comparison to the previous wheelchair.Strengths Good in everyway, except it doesn't have a safety belt.Weaknesses A safety belt would be preferable.
