- This is going to make a great differenceI’m learning to walk again after very disabling Parkinsonism that, thankfully, is now receding. At first I used a tripod walking stick which was great to get me going but has become clumsy now that I am becoming more able. The 360 suspension cane tip is better because its footprint is much smaller, the cane can rotate and there is flexibility between the cane and the tip. This means that the cane can lean and rotate while the tip remains stable on the ground. It’s a clever invention. I bought a Nite-Glo Gel Folding Cane to go with the tip. Because of the height of the tip I had to shorten the cane by cutting a bit off the end but now the setup is perfect. I’m beginning to become much more mobile with its help.Strengths Practical, clever, enabling.Weaknesses None
