Brilliant customer service!I’ve used CareCo serveral times to order bits and pieces for people I work with at a centre for adults with Neurological disabilities.
Every time I’ve ordered from the team, they’ve been nothing but helpful.
Last order I needed a replacement walking aid as the last one had been bent after a fall so was needed urgently. Called to check the item was in stock and to see if we could order spare sets of ferules as they get worn out as the stick is used so much. Wish I could remember who helped me this time, was a lovely male who was super helpful.
We did pay to get next day delivery but was worth it and the order was correct. Can’t ask for more!

Useful productI bought this for my mum. It is light weight and better than a traditional walking stick as it stands up on the four feet and doesn't fall over or need to be propped against something. It makes things much easier.Strengths Light weight, adjustableWeaknesses None

ExcellentThis is an excellent product. Much more stable than an ordinary walking stick. I am more mobile thanks to this stick which I feels much safer. The handle is an brilliant shape/design and the feet grip surfaces well. The fact that it stands up by itself is a brilliant feature as I was forever at risk of tripping over my other sticks when they had no appropriate surface to lean against.
Strengths Quad foot. Standability. Well designed shaped handle. Attached strap.Weaknesses None as yet.
