- Traxion Outdoor RollatorI am a keen nature photographer and have been struggling to get out and about.
After looking through various walking aids to assist me to get out I selected the Traxion Rollator after visiting the Warrington Branch the staff who provided excellent service I decided to purchase the Traxion Rollator due to it having pneumatic tires. Since receiving the rollator I have been able to get out more and find it a lot easier as I can place the camera in the attached mesh bag and find it easy to use over gravel pathways as well as surfaced paths.Strengths Pneumatic tire and the mesh basket, east to fold up and store in the car boot.Weaknesses Not found any at present - Opened up new spacesThis off-roader has allowed me to access more places, like bird hides, and so continue to pursue that hobby.Strengths Helpful staff, prompt deliveryWeaknesses None
- So much easier to get aboutI purchased the Traxion because I felt my old walker didn’t allow to walk comfortably or where I wanted to go. This walker enables me to work more upright meaning I can go a bit further before needing a break. It’s bigger wheels cope with rougher ground well which means I can go and watch my Grandson play rugby and even get a little way onto a beach.Strengths Larger wheels, comfortable seatWeaknesses Not found one yet
- My Off Road RollatorI have only had my Rollator for a few weeks and am now able to go "off road" walking which makes so much difference to my life.Strengths SturdyWeaknesses None
- Exactly what was neededWe'd been thinking about a rollator for some time, but most of them had smaller, hard tyre wheels. We have a motorvan and take an easily dismantled mobility scooter with us, so are aware of the problems encountered on loose surfaces with this type of wheel.
Hence a quick (very successful) trip to the Preston showroom - thank you David!
Early days yet, but the traxion seems to be doing exactly what we wanted and I now have a wife who can walk short (ish) distances again unaided.Strengths Seems to cope with most types of surfaces and "off pavement" locationsWeaknesses None found yet
