Exceptional serviceI intended to buy this belt and contacted the showroom first to make sure it was in. When I arrived, Tom told me the right belt was a different one. Rather than ask me to come back again, he offered to come out to our home and fit it. The belt came a couple of days later, and true to his word, Tom drove over here in his own time, after work, and fitted the belt. He also advised me that it was possible to get an attachment which would allow attendant to direct chair if patient felt unable.
