- Verified BuyerBe out when the sun is not!My wife feels the cold which stopped her using her mobility scooter on the dull spring days. Buying the ‘StayCosi’ all weather blanket made all the difference. With a small but powerful battery and three heat settings comfort is no longer an issue. The battery is charged quite quickly with the USB cable supplied as part of the package. The small pocket for a mobile phone is ideal, ensuring ready contact, if necessary. The blanket has a belt to hold it in place for when getting on or off the scooter, reducing a potential tripping hazard. My wife found the belt buckle pressed into her back when seated on her scooter, so I have folded and stitched the buckle end of the belt so that now it is positioned at her side rather than the middle of her back. (Perhaps something to be considered by the manufacturer). Even with the belt undone it did not slide off when riding. It has also proved very effective indoors for a quick warm up. A very worthwhile purchase with many uses, whether on her scooter, indoors or sitting in the garden, when the wind can be a bit chilly, even on the sunniest days.

Pockets secured with Velcro Belt for secure fitting reduces trip hazard when walking and when getting on and off her scooter.Weaknesses Buckle end of belt not adjustable so when fastened (push fit type) the buckle is in the middle of your back and presses on your backbone so not comfortable. Better to have it at the side making it easier to operate and removing the discomfort of having it between your back and the seat back. - Verified BuyerBrilliant ideaBought this for my wife, absolutely brilliant. It is a game changer on those freezing days when you’re out and when it’s wet it keeps you really warm and dry.
