- Great serviceBought it for father in law as a surprise.Great service,we knew what we wanted/needed,so that helped.Was given a rundown of specs etc,quick demo,including how to dismantle and re assemble.No hassle paying either!!! The sales guy obviously had to ask about extras/insurance etc,but there was no "hard sell" like some places.All in all,a good experience.My only "complaint" is,we had to have it delivered,you cant just pay and take away.Strengths Its comfy and easy to useWeaknesses Runs a little low to the ground,ours has scraped a couple of times on slighlty raised drop kerbs.it could do with slightly bigger wheels,or the base raising by no more than an inch

As it is not very big I keep it in the kitchen.Weaknesses No suspension, which means if pavement is uneven you can feel every bump

My daughter came with me and she was able to take me lots of places I couldn't go if not for this Mobility Scooter. It fitted into the boot of her car which is only a Fiesta, with enough room for our luggage.Strengths It travels very well up steep hills and also controllable on downhill paths. I didn't need to recharge the battery at all.Weaknesses The light should be adjustable as I am very short the tiller made the light shine upwards and I needed to see the ground.
