We ordered one and it never arrive even so was not the fault of careco it was lost in transit the customer service was 5* the lady I spoke to was so helpful and really caring, another was ordered and delivered the following day.

I am only a fair weather user, so my practical usage has been limited so farIn general the scooter appears to be of a good manufacture and I am sure can help me with my limited mobility.
A big problem that I think could have been taken into consideration is that the connection to the Battery box is a small circular male plug that is nominally about 20 mm diameter and has a number of internal male plugs to connect to the Battery Box
This plug is nominally 150mm from floor lever and with limited mobility it is difficult to know what rotation to give the plug to make a good connection and this is even more difficult with limited mobility.
As a retired Chartered Engineer it would have been better if the plug either had some notification as to where the top of the plug was to make a quick connection or an alternative Male / Female plug of a different design with an easier connection that could be made.
If this problem could be considered than I think that the Scooter would make a big difference to me and if it is decided to find a more friendly Plug and Socket then I hope that you might consider a modification to my ScooterStrengths Apart from the Plug and Socket problem very goodWeaknesses When reversing onto a limited parking area, then some wing mirrors to see where the rear wheels are and do not fall onto an unsuitable surface. -
